Clear Creek County Bail Bonds are our specialty!
A  Clear Creek County Bail Bond, sometimes called a “surety bond”, is a
contractual undertaking guaranteed by a state licensed bail bondsman.
The bail bond agent guarantees to the court, payment of the full amount of
the bail bond if the defendant does not make court scheduled
appearances. For your protection, always deal with state licensed bail
bond services.

The co-signer of the contract (usually a friend or relative of the defendant)
guarantees to pay the full amount of the bail bond if the defendant fails to
make scheduled court appearances.

In order to approve a bail bond, information will be collected by the bail
bond agent through an interview  usually by phone. The bail agent will then
contact the Clear Creek County Jail And verify the bonding information.
Some bail bonds require collateral in order to secure the full amount of the
bond. Stan The Bail Man often provides no collateral Clear Creek County
Bail Bonds.

If the customer chooses to purchase a bail bond, they will need to sign
basic Clear Creek County Bail Bond documents.

After the paperwork is finalized, a licensed bail  bondsman will “post” the
bail bond at the Clear Creek County Jail which will result in the release of
the defendant. From start to finish, a competent bail bond service will
complete the entire process in 1-2 hours.

We provide several flexible payment options for  Clear Creek County Bail
Bonds. You may pay our company using cash, check or credit card. We

traveling eastbound you turn right. Go to Argentine Street And turn right, stay on Argentine Street Till you come to a “T” intersection. Make a left turn on 6th Street And then
a right at the first intersection which is the continuation of Argentine Street.

The Sheriff’s Office is the large white building on the corner, which will be on your right. Turn into the first parking lot And walk up the stairs to the double doors. If after
hours or on the weekend you will need to use the intercom on the right side of the doors to alert the jail that you are there. Please be patient as it may take several
minutes for a deputy to respond to let you in.

VISITATION

Visitation of inmates may be scheduled 6 days a week (Tuesday through Sunday). The hours will be 8:00 a.m. Till 11:00 a.m. And 1:00 p.m. Till 4:00 p.m. Each visit will
only be for 30 minutes.

Each inmate will be allowed two visits per week (Tuesday through Sunday).

The Sheriff Office utilizes video visitation. Visitors will use a video phone in the Sheriff’s Office Lobby And the inmate will use a video phone from the jail. These visits will
be recorded And may be monitored during the visit.

using this link.

If for some reason visitation has to be cancelled, any visitors who have pre-registered will be notified by phone to the number they supplied that the visit has been
cancelled, hopefully saving visitors from driving to the facility.

Two adults will be able to sit comfortably in the visitation booth in the lobby. More than two may visit at once, however please keep in mind that the visit will only be 30
minutes And more than two or three people will severely limit the amount of time that each visitor will have to speak with the inmate.

All adult visitors (over 18 years of age) must have a government issued identification card showing their photograph. Children will be allowed to visit only if they are the

immediately And they may lose their right to future visitation.
